At Netflix Shop, we want you to be thrilled with your exclusive fan gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once submitted, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your return package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit process.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
